Basic information — opening hours
The hotel is open all year round.
Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out is by 10:00.
Reception is open from 07:30 to 11:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays also from 15:30 to 19:30.

Check-in: available between 15:30 and 24:00, but after 19:30 the reception is closed and only self check-in is available.
NOTE: If we are unable to welcome you in person, we will leave your keys in a special locker (BOX) and send you instructions with the code for the locker.
Check-out: 07:30 — 10:00.
Breakfast (served in the breakfast room): from 08:00 to 10:00.
The swimming pool is open from 08:00 to 19:30.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
You can feel safe in our hotel.
All areas, including all hotel rooms, are equipped with a modern fire and alarm system, which means that smoking, the use of any other tobacco products, candles, fireworks or other sources of fire or smoke is strictly prohibited throughout the premises (including in the rooms). All communal areas in the hotel (such as the lobby, reception, corridors, terrace, stairwells and breakfast room) are monitored by CCTV cameras. The data controller is Al Ponte Albergo SAGL.
Smoking of cigarettes and all other tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including all rooms, corridors and the breakfast room. This is due to the need to install and operate a highly sensitive fire alarm system, as required by law.
By booking a room at our hotel, you confirm that you have read our house rules and agree to all their provisions, including, in particular, the fire safety regulations, and you accept that in the event of failure to comply with the total ban on smoking cigarettes or other tobacco products throughout the premises, in the event of a fire alarm being triggered, you will voluntarily and without objection bear the additional cost associated with the activation of the fire alarm.
PLEASE NOTE: the guest shall cover all costs associated with the intervention of the fire brigade or other emergency services — not less than CHF 1,500 (the minimum cost the hotel must bear in connection with the fire brigade's intervention — PLEASE NOTE: these costs may be many times higher).
Information about the swimming pool
There is an indoor swimming pool available to guests on the hotel premises. Use of the swimming pool is free of charge, but additional towels and a bathrobe are subject to a charge — these are issued at reception (during reception opening hours) upon the guest's request.
Parking
The hotel does not have its own car park. There is a public car park, Al Ponte, near the hotel, as well as plenty of on-street parking spaces. Parking costs CHF 5 per night, and the fee must be paid at the parking meter located at the car park or via a dedicated app. The reception does not collect parking fees.
Tourist tax
The price of accommodation (booking) does not include the tourist tax, which is CHF 4.20 per person per night and must be paid at reception upon check-in (or the following morning for guests who arrived late and used self check-in).

Information regarding TV
All rooms in our hotel are equipped with SMART TVs, but you must have your own access (subscription) to services such as Zatto, Netflix or Disney in order to watch TV or films.
Free public transport ticket
If you would like to receive a Ticino Ticket to use free public transport in the canton of Ticino during your stay at our hotel, please provide an email address to which we can send the ticket electronically. The Ticino Ticket will help you reduce your transport costs.
