You can feel safe in our hotel.

All areas, including all hotel rooms, are equipped with a modern fire protection and alarm
system, which means that smoking cigarettes or any other tobacco products, candles,
fireworks, or other sources of fire or smoke are prohibited in the rooms.

All common areas of the hotel (such as the lobby, reception, corridors, terrace, stairwells,
and breakfast room) are monitored by CCTV cameras. The data controller is Al Ponte Albergo
SAGL.

Smoking cigarettes and all other tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the entire
building, including all rooms, corridors, and the breakfast room. This is due to the need to
install and activate a highly sensitive fire protection system, as required by law.

By booking a room in our hotel, you confirm that you have read the regulations of our facility and agree
with all its provisions, including, in particular, fire safety regulations and accept the fact that
in the event of failure to comply with the complete ban on smoking cigarettes or other
tobacco products throughout the facility, in the event of triggering a fire alarm voluntarily
and without any objection, you will incur an additional fee related to triggering the fire alarm

NOTE: the guest covers all costs related to the intervention of the fire brigade or other
security services – not less than CHF 1,500 (the minimum cost that the hotel must incur in
connection with the intervention of the fire brigade – NOTE: these costs may be many times
higher).

The hotel features an indoor swimming pool. Use of the pool is free of charge, but additional
towels and bathrobes are available upon request.

Parking Information:
The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Near the hotel, there is the
Al Ponte municipal parking lot and numerous street parking spaces. Parking costs CHF 5 per
day and must be paid at the parking meter located near the hotel or via special apps.
