You can feel safe in our hotel. All areas, including all hotel rooms,
are equipped with a modern fire protection and alarm system. Therefore, smoking cigarettes
or any other tobacco products, as well as using candles, fireworks, or other sources of fire
or smoke, is strictly prohibited throughout the property (including guest rooms).

All common areas of the hotel (such as the lobby, reception, corridors, terrace,
stairwells, and breakfast room) are monitored by CCTV cameras.
The data controller is Al Ponte Albergo SAGL.

Smoking cigarettes and all other tobacco products is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building,
including all rooms, corridors, and the breakfast room. This is due to the legal requirement
to install and operate a highly sensitive fire alarm system.

By booking a room at our hotel, you confirm that you have read the hotel regulations and agree
to all provisions contained therein, especially fire safety regulations. You also acknowledge and accept
that if you fail to comply with the total smoking ban throughout the property and trigger the fire alarm,
you will voluntarily and without objection bear the additional costs associated with activating the fire alarm.

PLEASE NOTE: The guest shall cover all costs related to the intervention of the fire brigade
or other emergency services – not less than CHF 1,500 (the minimum cost the hotel must bear
in connection with the intervention of the fire brigade – PLEASE NOTE: these costs may be
significantly higher).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SWIMMING POOL:
The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool is free of charge,
however additional towels and bathrobes are available upon request at the reception
(during reception opening hours) and are subject to an additional fee.

PARKING INFORMATION:
The hotel does not have its own car park. There is a public car park called Al Ponte near the hotel,
as well as many on-street parking spaces. Parking costs CHF 5 per day and the fee must be paid
at the parking meter located next to the car park or via dedicated mobile applications.
The reception does not collect parking fees.

TOURIST TAX:
The accommodation price (reservation) does not include the tourist tax, which amounts to
CHF 4.20 per person per night. This fee must be paid at the reception during check-in
(or the following morning for guests arriving late and using self-check-in).

PRICE LIST FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

   1. Early check-in (for each hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time) – CHF 20
   2. Late check-out (for each hour or part thereof after 10:00 AM) – CHF 25
   3. Key replacement fee – CHF 50 per key
   4. Additional cleaning on request – CHF 40 per cleaning session
   5. Additional pool towel – CHF 5 per towel
   6. Bathrobe for the pool – CHF 8 per item
   7. Additional fridge on request (subject to availability) – CHF 20 per item
   8. Cot on request (subject to availability) – CHF 25 per item
   9. Additional fold-out bed in the room (subject to availability and room space) – CHF 50
   10. Pet fee – CHF 20 / day / pet
   11. Additional charge for triggering the fire alarm – no less than CHF 1,500
PLEASE NOTE: the guest is liable for all costs associated with the intervention of the fire brigade
or other emergency services – not less than CHF 1,500 (the minimum cost the hotel must bear
in connection with the activation of the alarm and the intervention of the fire brigade).
   12. Breakfast (unless already included in the room rate) – CHF 15 per person
(payment at reception).

TV INFORMATION:
All rooms in our hotel are equipped with SMART TVs, however guests must have their own subscription
to streaming services such as Zatto, Netflix, or Disney in order to watch TV channels or films.

FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKET:
If you would like to receive the Ticino Ticket, which allows free use of public transport
throughout the Canton of Ticino during your stay at our hotel, please provide us with an email address
to which we can send the electronic ticket. The Ticino Ticket will help reduce your transport costs.
